Voyageur Activity Reporting: Use this link to the Activtiy Report Forms. I came across these forms several years ago. I believe they emanated from a Nationale Americanism Directeur.  Palomar Voyageurs have been using these forms to report their various activities to the Voiture Correspondant. The information provided by the Voyageurs is a tremendous aid in the construction of the various reports that are required periodically.  Although designed for Americanism, you will see it is a gold mine for reporting on most of our programs. I added a 'catch-all' column on page 2 of the Daily Activity Form and named it "Other Activities".  Kind of like Article 134 of the UCMJ; if it doesn't fit anywhere else, put it there. How's that for an anology?
Print the forms and spread them aroung your Voiture and recommend their use. Correspondants will smile at last.

Instructions: Pages 1 & 2 list the most likely reportable tasks. A column for the date of the acivity is provided then the various activities, hours, miles and you costs are listed. Fill these two pages with the information on a daily basis for ease of reporting.
Page 3 is the combined information from pages 1 & 2, digested down into a reportable form for your files and submission to your Correspondant Locale for his reporting efforts.
If you use these forms, and  I encourage all your members to use them to keep track of their activities and submit the Monthly Activity Form to the Correspondant, your Voiture will be a front runner in reporting. And again your Correspondant will smile.
