Our sphere of influence is from the shores of the Pacific Ocean, to the pristine Anza-Borrego Desert including the communities of Borrego Springs and Occotillo Wells; from the San Diego County line in the north to Interstate 8 in the south.

Government Quote

Our government... teaches the whole people by its example. If the government becomes the lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy.

Thought for the week of February 7, 2010:
Anger is a killing thing: it kills the man who angers, for each rage leaves him less than he had been before - it takes something from him.

Louis L'Amour)
